Virginia Coastal Resilience Master Plan (VA CRMP) pluvial flood depth grids. Represents the maximum flood depth in feet at any given location for rainfall flooding simulations for 2-, 6-, and 24-hour durations, at the 2-, 5-, 10-, 25-, 50-, 100-, and 500-yr return periods for the DCR CRMP Phase 2 planning scenarios. The depths are an output of region-wide rain on grid pluvial modeling using HEC-RAS completed by DCR in 2024. Data is provided at a 10 ft horizontal resolution. A minimum depth threshold of 0.5 ft was applied to the grids, meaning depth values less than 0.5 ft are not represented. Anomalous high values were also excluded. Product names indicate the DCR CRMP Phase 2 planning scenario and representative rainfall return period (for example, 002yr, 010yr are the 2- and 10-year return period rainfall intensities, respectively).
